Muscle Ease Bath Salts: Dissolve 2 heaping tablespoons in a warm bath. Relax in the tub while breathing in the essential oils.

Muscle Ease Gel with Botanical Pain Relievers: Apply a small amount to affected area not more than 3-4 times daily. Rub in thoroughly until gel is absorbed. Wash hands after applying.

Quiet Night Pillow Mist: Spray onto pillow and bed linens just before getting into bed. Breathe deeply.

Quiet Night Relaxing Balm: Apply a dab to temples, forehead or back of neck before bed. Breathe deeply to relax, quiet the mind and instill a sense of calm. Protect from heat.

Quiet Time Eye Pillow: Place eye pillow over the eyes and inhale deeply. Hot Therapy: Mist with water, microwave on high for 30 seconds. The heat will last for approximately 10 minutes. Do not overheat. Cold Therapy: Place in plastic bag in freezer for 1-2 hours.

Lavender & Bergamot Deodorant Crème: Spread a pea-sized amount onto each clean armpit. Rub in until invisible.

Lip Conditioning Balm: Apply to lips as needed.
